How fast can you get out for an emergency leak?+
We answer the phone 24/7. For active leaks in our core service area (Iredell County and surrounding Western NC), we aim to be on-site or have a tarp on the roof the same day, weather and crew load permitting.
Do you charge for inspections?+
No charge for a standard roof inspection in our service area. You get photos of what's happening on your roof and an honest recommendation — repair, replace, or you're fine for now.
Do you work with insurance adjusters?+
Yes. We document storm and hail damage with photos and written scope of work so you and your adjuster are looking at the same evidence. We do not file claims for you — that stays between you and your carrier — but we make sure the documentation is solid.
Residential or commercial?+
Both. Residential is the bulk of what we do, but we also handle commercial flat and low-slope systems, including inspections, leak repair, and full planning for replacement.
What roofing materials do you install?+
Architectural and three-tab shingles, standing-seam and exposed-fastener metal, and the common flat/low-slope systems for commercial work. We'll discuss the right material for your home and budget — not the most expensive one.
